The over 80 separation systems in which we were involved range from New MRF's to Upgrading existing MRF's for Commingled Containers or Single Stream Household Recyclables or Mixed Fibers or Clean Fibers is unique. We and our associates have the experience and knowledge to help you solve your recycling quandary. New Economical Single Stream Center

Bowling Green, OH recently started Single Stream Recycling Service with a New MRF utilizing an efficient Polishing Screen to separate the Containers from the Fibers. Production rates are up to 3 tons/hr with a limited work force.

Single Stream Upgrade

East Central Recycling in Muncie, IN, a New Sorter and Fines Screens doubled their production with a smaller work force. Plus they increased the quality of the ONP. Contact us for your New Single Stream MRF or to modify your current MRF to a Single Stream facility.

MRF uses Enclosures

Union Recyclers used Heated/Air Conditioned Enclosures, a Cross Belt Magnet, Eddy Separator, Large Self-Dumping Storage Bins and more.

Commingled Two Stream MRF

The Tidewater Fibers MRF has an Air sort for containers, Cammag-Trommel, Eddy Current, Steel belt conveyor, self-dumping bins and push through bunkers.


C&D/MSW Facility
Multi-use Sorting System utilizes a Vibrating Pan Feeder designed to withstand heavy loads and provide an even feed to the Steel Pan Apron Chain Belt In feed Conveyor. A Vibrating Multi-Surface Screen produces three streams; the fines to a bunker, the middle size and large size to sorting conveyors. The middle size and large size sorting conveyors have Over Belt Cross Belt Magnets for Ferrous removal. The fines transfer conveyor also has a Magnetic Head Pulley. Many additional options are available.
REM EZ-Line Sorting System
REM EZ-Line Sorting System for Low Volume Recyclable Container Sorting. Systems may include Feed Conveyor, Sorting Conveyor, Cross-belt magnetic Separator and Elevated Platform. Basic system can be modified to your particular situation.
