The over 80 separation systems in which we were involved range from New MRF's to Upgrading existing MRF's for Commingled Containers or Single Stream Household Recyclables or Mixed Fibers or Clean Fibers is unique. We and our associates have the experience and knowledge to help you solve your recycling quandary. Representing several manufacturers, we can lay out an efficient economical facility to fit your product flow and budget. We will work with you from the conceptual layout through equipment selection and installation. We offer complete "turnkey" facilities to individual equipment. NEW COMMINGLED CONTAINER MRF

Includes overhead magnet, trommel, eddy current, large 90 yd. self-dumping storage bins, above ground baler feed conveyor and auto-tie baler.
 COMMINGLED TWO STREAM MRF

Includes air sort for containers, cammag-trommel,eddy current, steel belt conveyor, self-dumping bins and push-through bunkers.

NEW MRF UTILIZES
ENVIRONMENT ENCLOSURES

Union Recyclers in Marysville, OH used a Coverall Building with heated/air conditioned enclosures for their recycling center expansion. Plus a New Hinge side baler, eddy separator, self-dumping storage bins and much more.


BHS Screens 		UPGRADE SINGLE STREAM MRF
Added BHS Single Stream Disc Separator and fines screen, relocated and resized existing conveyors. Customer reports indicate they have doubled their through put, reduced the labor force and are producing a cleaner grade of ONP.

HI-VOLUME FIBER
SORTING MRF
Includes heavy duty chain drive conveyor, two sorting sections on same level, six push-through bunkers with 1/4" reinforced steel plate walls, turns paper over 2 times, special diverter for two negative sorts and much more.
REM EZ-Line Sorting System
REM EZ-Line Sorting System for Low Volume Recyclable Container Sorting. Systems may include Feed Conveyor, Sorting Conveyor, Cross-belt magnetic Separator and Elevated Platform. Basic system can be modified to your particular situation.
